Deposits, Withdrawals, and Balance Management

We hold your balance as a float on our platform — it is not a bank deposit and earns no interest. Deposits are non-refundable once placed, except in specific circumstances where we determine an error occurred on our side.
Withdrawals require identity verification. We review your KYC documents (ID, proof of address) and confirm your withdrawal destination matches your registered account. Withdrawal processing follows standard banking timelines — typically 4–24 hours for bank transfers, faster for e-wallets like DANA or e-wallet. We do not guarantee subject to verification. Your account balance is denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you fund from outside Indonesia, currency conversion follows your bank's rates; waktogell does not add conversion fees. All wagers, payouts, and balances on waktogell are final once confirmed. We do not refund wagers based on disputed outcomes or rule interpretations.
Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers
Any bonus or promotional offer on waktogell is subject to specific terms displayed at the time you claim it. Bonuses are credited as separate wallet balances and typically carry wagering requirements — you must wager the bonus amount a set number of times before converting it to withdrawable funds. Bonuses expire if not used within the stated period. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer with notice.
If you breach our terms while using a bonus (for example, placing extremely large single wagers or self-dealing with other accounts), we may forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Bonus abuse is monitored by our systems and investigated manually when flagged.
Our waktogell Policies and User Obligations
We forbid account-sharing, multiple accounts, and collusion. If we detect coordinated activity across accounts (such as one account placing opposite wagers to another) or attempts to abuse promotional offers, we investigate and may suspend both accounts. We also forbid automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our platform. All activity must be genuine user activity.
You agree not to use waktogell for money laundering or any illegal activity. You confirm that your funds come from legitimate sources. We report suspicious activity to relevant authorities if required by law. Our compliance systems flag large or unusual transactions; we may request additional verification documents before processing.
Our waktogell platform is used for entertainment. You agree that you understand the risks of wagering — outcomes are uncertain, and you may lose your balance. We do not guarantee returns or earnings. All games (football markets on Liga 1 or Champions League, live blackjack, slot games, esports) are subject to house odds and carry financial risk.
Dispute Resolution and Limitations
If you dispute a wager, payout, or balance on waktogell, contact our support team with details. We review our logs and make a determination. Our decision is final unless you can provide clear evidence of a system error on our side. We do not refund wagers based on subjective disagreement with outcomes or odds.
Any claim against waktogell must be filed within 30 days of the disputed transaction. Claims filed after 30 days are not considered. If you and waktogell cannot resolve a dispute, you may escalate to our management, who will conduct a final review. We comply with applicable law in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan regarding consumer disputes and financial transactions.
We retain the right to close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine the user poses a risk, has violated our terms, or is resident in a jurisdiction where we do not operate. Upon closure, we return any remaining balance to your registered payment method within 10 business days.
These terms form the entire agreement between you and waktogell. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms continue in force. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of waktogell after an update constitutes acceptance. Services are available only where local law permits.
